Frankie’s is a new fast-food restaurant chain that originates from Batley where they opened their first restaurant in 2016. Our challenge was to create a complete brand identity for this newly born brand that would capture customers attention and aligns with the modern interior of the restaurant.
The first step was the branding. We designed a complete brand identity including logo, website and packaging that fits their modern approach to classic fast-food. The second step was creating a marketing strategy that would make potential customers aware of this new brand and get them to come to the shop from day one of its opening. This strategy involved social media marketing, celebrity appearances, giveaways and events such as eating competitions.
Within three years of opening its first store Frankie’s is well underway to becoming its own franchise with 5 restaurants already open and another 7 opening soon. Their social media accounts have reached around 11K in the same timeframe which is an average of 10 followers a day since their launch.
