Iraq Heritage is an independent, non profit organisation dedicated to advancing and protecting the cultural heritage of Iraq. We were asked to create a new online brand identity with a responsive website that would help people understand, value, care for and enjoy Iraq’s unique and ancient heritage. The main challenge when dealing with this project was the ability to fit the rich, varied and century old heritage of Iraq in one place, in a format that would be accessible and easy to understand. Part of the challenge was also the ability to develop the right look and feel, as we wanted to create something effective and easy to visually associate with the specific cultural and geographical area of the subject matter.
Our strategy for making the website launch a success included branding, web development and an Email marketing campaign. We planned and created all needed assets such as promotional videos and a historical timeline for the website which outlines important dates spanning from the Paleolithic era to modern day Iraq. The next step was the creation of a bespoke CMS to power the website and an Email marketing campaign.

Our initial contract with Studio 116 Design proved to be a huge step forward in the marketing of our international charitable organisation, both to members and to the general public. Mufaras of Studio 116 has also redrawn our logo, will put our brochure online and will be our first choice for further PR / design ideas. His friendly enthusiastic approach is much appreciated, as are his prompt replies/quotes. Highly recommended.
